Reiki Hand positions
For Self Healing
There are 12 hand positions that you adopt in a Self Healing Session.
After you initial Reiki 1 Attunement it is strongly advised that you carry out self healing on a daily basis for up to 30 days.
As you continue to study Reiki you will see that many other hand positions have been introduced over the years.
The 12 hand positions that I am going to give you here are all that are actually needed, however if you would like to experiment with other hand positions after you are familiar with these 12 please feel free to do so.
1. The Eyes.
2. The Temples.
3. The Back Of The Head.
4. The Throat.
5 The Heart.
6. The Solar Plexus.
7. The Abdomen.
8. The Groin.
9. The Top Of The Sholders.
10. The Sholder Blades.
11. The Lower Back.
12. The Tailbone.
Those are the 12 Reiki hand positions which you should use in your Self Healing Session.
